- When loading into your world, it will be placed facing SOUTH by default.
- The front RIGHT block of the build (including air) will load under your feet.
- Includes name/dimensions sign on the front right block, and a height measurement on the back left which acts as an easy way to select opposing corners of the model using editing tools.

Disclaimers:
- Ensure the schematic download matches the version of Minecraft you use. The model may have issues if used on an older version of Minecraft than the one listed. They should work in more recent versions than the one listed, however my recommendation is to stick to the version above.
- You can import the schematics into your world using editors such as Amulet or Litematica, or in multiplayer sessions using your console and respective plugins.
- Refunds will not be provided for selecting the wrong Minecraft/schematic version.
- Unlike in my tutorial videos, credit is not required if using on a server or single player map and for other private uses. Please respect the original creator and add a credit if re-uploading a video based on, or including, this model.
- Redistribution of the schematic model is strictly prohibited (e.g. sending the schematic file to your friends/server). If redistribution has found to have occured, I reserve the right to no longer sell items to any parties involved.
